All ticket reservations are non-transferable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Precautions

[ Collection notice ]
· Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early!
· Depending on the road conditions on the day, the departure time may be delayed.
· Send the license plate number and tour guide contact information via SMS or SNS the day before departure.
[ Fee notice ]
· The tour fare already includes tips for local drivers and tour guides, tickets listed on the itinerary, hotel breakfast and Round trip transportation costs.
· The minimum number of people in each group is 4 people, and the number of people in each group is 42 people. If the guests do not reach the minimum number of people in each group and want to start in a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.
· When registering for a single person, you need to pay a single room surcharge per night.
· People without wearing ski clothing and gear would be refused to enter ski resort. Free infants and non-skiers need to wait outside the venue because they have no equipment.
· Fees for two-day groups and above: over 3 years old and under 12 years old are charged as children, over 12 years old are charged as adults, and under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)
